Who we are. COVR is an Australian sole trader based in Melbourne. You can reach us at info@covrup.com.au, or through our contact page.

Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order — stock, pricing error, or an address we can't ship to — we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Pre-orders. The Signature Shade is sold on pre-order. Expected shipping dates are our honest best estimate, not a guarantee of a specific day. If the date moves we'll email you, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before dispatch.

Pricing. Prices are in Australian dollars. COVR is not registered for GST, so no GST is included in or added to our prices. All pre-orders are $55 while pre-orders are open. We can change prices at any time, but never on an order already placed.

Using the product. The Signature Shade is a sun shade for prams fitted with a bumper bar. It is not a substitute for supervision. Never leave a baby unattended in a pram, and don't use the shade in a way that restricts your view of your child or their airflow. Check our fit guide before ordering.

Our claims. Where we state UV performance, we state our own test results and the standard the fabric was tested to.

Our design and trade mark. The appearance of The Signature Shade is the subject of Australian design application 202616155.. COVR is the subject of Australian trade mark application 2648521. The words, images and designs on this site are ours — please don't reproduce them commercially without asking.

Liability. Nothing here excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods or refunding what you paid.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
